Description:
Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through calls, live chat, social media or E-mail.- Ensure individual/team KPIs are met/achieved consistently.- Educate customers about products and services- Attend to all customer’s inquiries, problems, and complaints- Attend all required and necessary meetings and training sessions arranged by the company- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management, whenever required.
